I know I'm a day or two late here, but MofO Jessie's thread here cites Curnutte's blog in saying that Marvin Lewis expects Chris Perry and Ethan Kilmer to be ready to go on May 13th for team OTA's.

What grade would you give them?
I know it's not even over yet, but personally I'm stoked about this draft.
LB Keith Rivers
WR Jerome Simpson
DT Pat Sims
WR Andre Caldwell
OT Anthony Collins
DT Jason Shirley
S Corey Lynch
TE Matt Sherry
While we lost out on Ellis, Rivers is a GREAT consolation prize.
We got Sims, Caldwell, & Collins WAY after they were supposed to be picked.
